Impacting Email Marketing Solutions, S.L. (hereinafter, IMPACTING), takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. To such end, IMPACTING complies fully with applicable law governing the protection of personal data in order to ensure that your personal information is kept safe.
This data protection policy governs access to and use of the services provided by the Website which IMPACTING, with Tax. I.D. no. B-85884773, with corporate address in Estación de Chamartín s/n, Primera Planta, 28036 Madrid, and registered with the Companies Register of Madrid, in Volume Tomo 27475, Folio 209, Section 8, Sheet M-495138, Entry 1, puts at the disposal of Users interested in said services.

3.- Personal data processing purpose
IMPACTING collects personal data of Users through the Website in order to improve communication with Users of the Website interested in the services offered by IMPACTING.
In this regard, and under the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Private Data (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal – “LOPD”) and its implementing regulations, IMPACTING informs the User of the existence of an automated file with personal data which has been duly registered with the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Registro General de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), created by IMPACTING and under its responsibility

4.- Cumpulsory or optional nature of the information provided by the User and veracity of the data supplied
The User guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided and undertakes to communicate to IMPACTING any changes in said data. The User shall be responsible, in any event, for the veracity of the data supplied, and IMPACTING reserves the right to exclude from the services any Users which may supply false data, without prejudice to any other actions which may be brought under the law.

IMPACTING shall cancel the registration or comments of any users who: (i) include or promote unlawful, immoral, obscene or harmful materials; (ii) promote any kind of discrimination; (iii) send bulk, junk or spam e-mail or unsolicited newsgroup communications; (iv) infringe any third-party intellectual or industrial property rights. Furthermore, the user undertakes not to use or collect data from distribution lists obtained through the information and services included on the Website for the purposes of carrying out promotional or advertising activities, and not to send commercial communications of any type, through any unsolicited media, unless said communications have been previously approved by IMPACTING and/or the Users of the Website.
6.- Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition

IMPACTING keeps personal data protection security levels as established by the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approved the Regulation developing the LOPD, and has put into place all technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access to or theft of the data supplied by the User through the Website. Notwithstanding the above, we hereby inform you that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
IMPACTING undertakes to comply with its secrecy and confidentiality duty with regard to any personal data included in the automated file and to deal with said data in a secure manner whenever transferred.
